We loved the Hotel Grano de Oro and the restaurant. It made us feel like it was Christmas for the first time. The food was great and the service wonderful. Armando was right on time and very nice. I felt like I was in San Fransisco at that hotel – cool weather and the Victorian architecture and furnishings of the restaurant. Los Suenos was nice too.
Restaurants - the ones we ate in at Los Suenos were good. The Nuevo Latino restaurant we ate in for Christmas Eve was especially nice. We also ate at La Vista for lunch a couple of times and the Italian restaurant on the property. The food was good there as well. Everyone kept thanking me for the nice places we stayed in and the wonderful restaurants – I kept telling them that it was Gina who picked them and you should get the credit. Thanks so much for all you did. You went above and beyond and I will keep recommending you to people we tell about Costa Rica. A big thank you to you for everything.

The trip was great! The Hotel San Gildar was a neat hotel and very convenient to my sister's residence. They have a pretty courtyard and area where they serve breakfast.
We REALLY enjoyed the Babaloo Inn! Faye and David were fantastic! It's a beautiful place and Faye and David make it extra special. They couldn't have been more helpful and the tour they arranged for the park was excellent. We woke up to howler monkeys every morning which was so fun. Interbus was on time and worked well. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to see Costa Rica and meet the Costa Rican people.

We loved Costa Rica and the people! In retrospect, I would have probably rented a car. The Zip-line was fun and scary and the rafting was a total adrenaline trip! The Arenal Volcano and the Tabacon Hot Springs were incredible. We would have preferred to stay overnight had we had the time. The meals on the day trips were great. We especially liked the lunch that was part of the Zip-line Tour. Anyway, we had a great time and loved the country.

Gina, the trip you arranged for us was just terrific-surpassing all our expectations. We all agreed that it was the best vacation we've ever taken and we've been to a lot of great places. You did a great job for us and we will recommend you highly to everyone we know. The Hotel Arenal Paraiso was terrific! We were fortunate enough to get great views of the volcano, including a daytime eruption. Apparently the best night views are from the other side of the mountain. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the spa. In Monteverde the El Establo Hotel was fine. We ate at Morpho and it was excellent! In Tamarindo the Hotel Cala Luna was fantastic. We were stunned by our villa, with the private pool and amazing amount of space. Excellent restaurant, also. The kids took surfing lessons and did another zip line. Maureen and I did a boat tour of the mangrove estuary and saw lots of wildlife. Thanks, Gina, for planning such a good trip for us. You really did an excellent job!

Another super trip! The Hotel Grano de Oro treated us like long lost friends. Armando was always on time as usual. We fell in love with the Trogon Lodge. The manager even took us to see some Quetzals himself. We also went trout fishing and Dallas caught a huge one. Great birding at the Trogon too! Evenings and early mornings were cold. We had a great time in Costa Rica and plan on going back sometime soon. We really enjoyed fishing at Casa Mar. We had an outstanding Captain/Guide Tony, despite rough fishing conditions was determined to get a Tarpon and he did! We caught a 100lb Tarpon at the end of the day. He gave us a fight but we finally reeled him in. We also enjoyed the Arenal area visiting the Hanging Bridges and the Tabacon Resort. We can't say enough about our driver Earl! He really helped make our trip a special one. He went out of his way to suggest places to see, go to dinners, night life and where to stay away from. He was very reliable and very nice. Scott and I want to thank you for making all this happen and for doing such a great job!

Thank you, Gina, for all your work! We enjoyed ourselves and loved the country. Mapache Rent-A-Car worked out well and arrangements were easy. We loved Hotel Capitan Suizo. It was beautiful, rooms were comfy, loved the decor and the staff was great. Tabacon was also a beautiful resort. The Hotel Fonda Vela in Monteverde was also nice. It is hard getting around San Jose so maybe next time, we'd like to stay on the outside of the city (maybe at the airport) to avoid this confusion. Thank you for all your work making arrangements for us and we loved all the parts of the country that you suggested we visit. Costa Rica is a beautiful place.
